Notice
Making the body's intelligence visible and navigable.
Training interoceptive awareness through AI-guided contemplative reflection.
Sign Up for the Beta →The gap between what your body knows and what you consciously register is measurable. Heart rate variability drops before anxiety arrives. Breathing shallows before you notice you're bracing. Interoceptive signals travel a dedicated neural pathway, but conscious access to those signals varies enormously — and it's trainable.
Notice trains that skill. The core interaction — a Frame Snap — captures a biometric snapshot the moment you notice a shift, then pairs it with a contemplative AI reflection that orients toward how you're meeting your experience, not what the experience supposedly is. Over time, the system measures what I'm calling interoceptive lead time: the temporal gap between when your body shifts and when you consciously register it. Shrinking that gap is interoceptive development. As far as I can tell, no one else is measuring it.
The app is designed to get quieter as you get better — scaffolding decay, the deliberate reduction of AI support as independent capacity grows. The value isn't in screen time captured. It's in the skill built.
